New Specialty Finishes for Hansgrohe's AXOR Collection

Hansgrohe’s designer line, AXOR, is known for distinctive shapes that set bathrooms and kitchens apart, and now that the collection can be ordered in thirteen new finishes, the options are even more exciting. The new AXOR FinishPlus program was developed in Hansgrohe laboratories using Physical Vapor Deposition technology (PVD), which involves the application of noble gases. The gases are ignited to produce a vapor that envelops the pieces being treated, resulting in finishes that are more durable than powder coating. The surface is scratch-resistant and unaffected by harsh environments and cleansers, which makes them especially well suited for heavily used areas and commercial projects. The program also offers even greater personalization with its ability to produce logos and emblems on the fixtures. New hues include brushed or polished shades of gold, bronze, nickel and black chrome.
